  • Your Athlete Performance Package Includes:

    • Comprehensive Initial Assessment

    • Full background + Injury history, movement screening, strength testing

    • Identification of weaknesses and risk factors utilising our VALD strength testing technology

    • Individualised Strength & Conditioning Program

    • A program tailored to your sport, position and individual goals

    • Progressive and periodised so you progress safely and with guidance

    • Access to Teambuildr app to track your progress 

    • Return-to-Play & Load Management Guidance ongoing if required 

    • Structured plan to safely build training and competition load
