As a dedicated physiotherapist with a passion for empowering individuals through effective rehabilitation, Brigitte specialises in treating injuries of the hip, knee, ankle, and pelvis. With years of experience and a deep understanding of biomechanics and functional anatomy, Brigitte is committed to helping patients regain mobility, strength, and optimal performance.

Brigitte graduated from the University of Queensland in 2017 with a Masters in Physiotherapy Studies. Since then, she has completed further study in sporting injuries, hip and pelvic pain, Pilates, pelvic health and rehabilitation following pregnancy. In combination with her experience, these studies have provided Brigitte with an integrated, holistic model of treatment strategies to facilitate recovery and return to sport, physical activity and a healthy lifestyle following injury, orthopaedic surgery and pregnancy. Brigitte has a special interest in the treatment and management of hip, back and pelvic pain, lower limb injuries and after pregnancy.

Brigitte is a certified DMA Level II Pilates instructor and is passionate about incorporating the principles of pilates and exercise rehabilitation into treatment of injuries. Brigitte has worked in various clinics with a focus on expert management of acute sporting injuries and musculoskeletal pain. Over the last five years, Brigitte has worked with multiple sporting teams such as Northern Territory Netball ANL team, USC Thunder Netball team and USC Barbarians Rugby Club Men’s and Women’s teams. Her comprehensive integrated clinical and person-centred approach ensures patients feel supported in reaching their goals and achieving successful outcomes. She is passionate about helping and guiding patients step by step on their rehabilitation journey through comprehensive assessment, education and specific rehabilitation programs tailored to the individual’s needs. Brigitte loves helping her patients to get moving and improving their confidence with movement and physical activity.
