Running Assessment
A run assessment is a detailed evaluation of a runner’s biomechanics, movement patterns, and physical condition with the goal of improving performance and reducing the risk of injury. Whether you're a beginner or a seasoned athlete, a run assessment provides critical insights into how your body moves and responds to the demands of running.
On Offer
Back to Bounce is offering a 45-minute running assessment targeted at runners without current injuries to improve running efficiency, gait and target strength deficits.
As part of your assessment, we use a software program to capture your running technique from multiple angles which allows us to address any biomechanical errors identified.
In addition, we will also assess your strength and jumping ability using cutting-edge VALD technology. Assessing these metrics helps to identify underlying imbalances or weaknesses which may impact your running performance, recovery and injury risk.
What do I receive?
You will receive a report with an analysis of your running technique with two key biomechanical deficits to address and a breakdown of your strength testing and jump metrics with a recommendation of areas to improve and target to unlock your full running potential.
