Exercise Physiology
At Back to Bounce, our Accredited Exercise Physiologists (AEPs) are here to help you move with confidence, strength, and ease. We create personalised exercise programs for people living with chronic conditions, recovering from injury or surgery, or simply wanting to feel healthier and stronger in everyday life.
How We Can Help
- Chronic condition management (e.g. diabetes, heart disease, arthritis)
- Musculoskeletal rehab (athlete recovery, back pain, joint and soft tissue injuries)
- Neurological support (e.g. stroke, Parkinson’s, MS)
- Healthy ageing and falls prevention
- Mental health support through movement
- Workplace and occupational rehabilitation
- Cancer recovery and fatigue management
- NDIS and DVA programs
Why See an Exercise Physiologist?
Exercise Physiologists are university-qualified allied health professionals who understand how exercise impacts the body in both health and illness. We take the time to get to know you, your story, and your goals, and we work closely with other healthcare providers to make sure you’re always in safe hands.
Our Private Gym Space
One of the unique things about Back to Bounce is our purpose-built private gym, available exclusively for our clients. This welcoming, supportive space is designed to help you focus on your goals without the distractions of a busy commercial gym. It’s the perfect environment to build confidence, learn new movements, and track your progress in a calm, supportive setting.
What to Expect
Your journey starts with a relaxed and thorough assessment, where we’ll chat about your medical history, current abilities, and what you’d like to achieve. From there, we’ll design a program that may include:
- Tailored exercise prescription
- Guidance on safe movement and technique
- Lifestyle and behaviour support
- Regular check-ins and progress reviews
