Field Sessions
Returning to training or competing after having an injury can be a scary process for most people. We understand that gradually exposing athletes to load is crucial to ensure they have a successful rehabilitation. BTBSP On-Field sessions are a great way to help you build confidence and return to sport in a safe systematic approach.
If we are unable to achieve the required load in the clinic we loving getting out & about and taking patients to a sport field or court for their rehabilitation. We know that when an athlete has an extended period away from their typical sport loads and return to training or games too quickly there is an increase of further injury to the same site or another.
The aim of these sessions are to restore a patients movement quality, improve physical conditioning and test out sport specific skills before returning to game time.
If your program requires an on-field rehabilitation your Back to Bounce Physiotherapist will create a well designed program to ensure you can keep up with the demands of your sport. Everyone’s on-field session is individually structured to help you return to sport safely.
We are passionate about getting patients back to their sport, sometimes this can take a week or multiple months of rehab. We regularly run early morning on-field sessions for patients.
