An expert panel
Kerri Abbott is a nutritionist and naturopath with over 20 years experience in helping individuals improve their health. Kerri has a particular interest in Women’s Health concerns such as menopause care, preconception and post partum care. Her clinic specialises in REMS Bone Density scanning which is a non-radiation imaging device targeted at assessing bone density and fragility.
Jordan Craig is a titled Sports & Exercise and Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist with decades of experience working with females navigating the challenges of musculoskeletal pain, bone health and injury associated with Menopause. He designed Built for Bones; a bone health program targeted at improving bone density with exercise. Since the launch of this program, patients have seen great results with actually improving Bone Density scores.
Jess Radford is an exercise physiologist with extensive experience in helping females regain strength and confidence in movement, along with navigate rehabilitation from injury. She is passionate about individualsed programming and helping people achieve their goals.
